1 Introduction

Welcome to Lite Player – a lightweight yet powerful watermark camera app that lets you add custom watermarks to your photos. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile app, website, or any related services.

Privacy-First Design: Lite Player processes your photos locally on your device by default. We do not upload your original photos or watermarked images to our servers. Your creative content belongs to you, and you control where it goes.

2 Information We Collect

We collect minimal information to provide, improve, and personalize your watermarking experience.

Account Information

Email address, username, password (hashed), optional profile picture, and preferences (if you create an account).

User Content

Photos you capture or import for watermarking. This content stays on your device. We do not access or upload it to our servers.

Watermark Templates

Custom watermarks you create (text, logo, date/time stamps) are stored locally on your device. We do not collect your custom watermark designs.

Device & Usage Data

Device model, OS version, IP address, app version, crash logs, and anonymized feature usage analytics.

Payment Information

If you purchase a premium subscription, payment details are processed by PCI‑compliant partners (we do not store full card numbers).

Information You Provide Directly

  • When you register for an account or edit your profile.
  • When you capture or import photos (these remain local unless you choose to share them).
  • When you create custom watermarks (stored locally only).
  • When you contact support or participate in surveys.

4 Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share your data only in limited scenarios:

  • With your consent: For example, when you choose to share a watermarked photo to social media or save it to your gallery.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.2+) for any account-related communications.
  • Hashing of passwords using bcrypt.

  • Strict access controls for internal data handling.
  • Local processing means your photos never leave your device unless you choose to share them.

Your role: Keep your login credentials secure, use a strong password, and log out on shared devices. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

Note that your locally stored photos and watermarks are under your full control — you can delete them anytime using your device's file manager or by uninstalling the app.

7 Children's Privacy

Lite Player is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

By using Lite Player, you consent to such transfers. Your photos and watermarked images remain on your device and are not subject to international transfer unless you explicitly share them.
